At Velzes, we aim to process orders quickly so they can be delivered as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the policy below.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Any relevant details about your request

If your request is received within the 2-hour window, we will make every effort to cancel your order before it is processed.

2. After the Cancellation Window

After 2 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment. For this reason, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Address Changes

If you need to correct your delivery address, please contact us within the 2-hour window.

We will attempt to update the address before dispatch. After this time:

  • Changes may not be possible
  • Additional shipping or handling charges may apply if rerouting or returns are required

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stages, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
